A Vancouver-based company that has developed a virtual assistant for banking has been added to a digital store in Europe.

Finn AI’s entry into the Temenos MarketPlace follows a win in Miami at the latter company’s Innovation Jam series in 2017.

“We evolve the way bank customers interact with their banks, providing them with a conversational personal banking assistant that uses artificial intelligence and natural language processing to create an experience that is relevant and modern,” CEO Jake Tyler said in a June 21 release.

“Since we only work with banks, we have built a clear domain expertise that allows us to integrate faster with better results. We look forward to bringing this solution to Temenos clients all over the world.”

Temenos describes itself on its website as “the world’s largest fintech [financial technology] store, with over 100 applications from more than 50 fintech providers.”

Finn AI co-founder and chief operating officer Nat Cartwright was a 2016 BIV Forty Under 40 winner.
