Less than a week after being reported for sale, Vancouver’s International Village mall no longer appears to be listed for sale.
Western Investor reported last week that the mall – once known as Tinseltown – was part of a trio of retail properties being marketed for sale as the Henderson Retail Portfolio by CBRE.
As of April 8, International Village mall no longer appears as part of the listing. The other two properties – Paris Square, adjacent to the mall, and Henderson Place Mall in Coquitlam – remain.
CBRE has declined to comment on the removal of International Village. Whether it will be for sale again as part of its own listing is presently unknown.

The removal of the 3.38-acre International Village site has brought down the portfolio’s initial total size of approximately 11 acres to just over 6 acres.
The portfolio remains without a list price.
