One of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges in Canada says it’s out of money. Some 115,000 traders want $260 million in cash and Bitcoin back. Michael Vogel (1:34), founder of the Vancouver-based cryptocurrency exchange Netcoins, sheds light on how something like the QuadrigaCX scandal could happen.
