Could Canadian businesses survive the pandemic better with more restrictions?

A new report from a non-partisan group of medical, Indigenous, academic and business leaders concludes Canada would be better off to impose greater restrictions in the pandemic to reduce the caseloads, minimize the tragic consequences and accelerate the economic recovery. Jack Jedwab, president of the Association of Canadian Studies and part of the COVID Strategy Choices Group, joins BIV publisher and editor-in-chief Kirk LaPointe to discuss the report and its implications.
