Annual DTES Street Store 7.0 - Volunteers needed

With the DTES Street Store returning for its 7th year, organizer Employ to Empower is calling for more volunteers to provide onsite support on the day of the event. With health and safety regulations in place, the internationally recognized event — which provides a dignified shopping experience for those who experience homelessness — will be held on December 12, 2020, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 58 West Hastings.

There is a mandatory virtual volunteer training session on Monday, November 23, from 6 to 8 p.m. and all volunteers are required to register and select from four different time shifts via the link below.
