Running a Successful Corporate Innovation Program: ANDRITZ Case Study

By applying a startup approach to product development, corporations can encourage the urgency and agility that is often hard to achieve in large entities. Andritz created an artificial intelligence platform for industrial plant automation using a structured intrapreneurship model, taking the product from concept, through prototype, to winning Goldcorp's 2019 contest in under a year.

Join us in our second session of the year as we dissect this successful corporate innovation case, and discuss the opportunities, challenges, and methods in creating innovative products in established corporations.

A mechanical engineer by training, most of his career has focused on process automation projects for the mining and pulp & paper industries.
