Nolan Marshall III drove his family from New Orleans earlier this summer, quarantined, then started into one of Vancouver’s most intriguing roles as the CEO and president of the Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association (DVBIA). He talks to BIV publisher and editor-in-chief Kirk LaPointe about his early impressions of the city, how his experience will inform his role, and his initial vision for the association.
