Boston Pizza International partners Jim Treliving and George Melville will be among the restaurateurs inducted into the 2012 BC Restaurant Hall of Fame in October.
Treliving, who built the Boston Pizza franchise along with partner George Melville, is widely known for his role as a panelist on CBC's Dragons' Den.
Also being inducted this year are Howard Soon, master winemaker for Sandhill Wines, and John Levine, founder of the Playhouse Wine Festival.
"I had the privilege of informing some of the inductees about their honour, and can tell you that they were truly humbled when they realized a panel of their peers had voted them into the Hall of Fame," said Ian Tostenson, CEO of the BC Restaurant Hall of Fame.

- Brent Davis, proprietor, Sequoia Group; and

Levine was inducted in the pioneer category. Also being inducted in that category is Nicky Major, proprietor of Major the Gourmet.
Soon will be inducted in the Friend of the Industry category, as will be freelance food writer Tim Pawsey.
