Prepare your belly for laughs next spring as JFL NorthWest returns to Vancouver in 2018.
Acts from around the world will congregate in the city in March for the 10-day comedy festival of standup, sketch and improv, including headliners Bill Burr, Trevor Noah and Jo Koy.
Tickets and three-show passes go on sale December 8 at 10 a.m.
This year, JFL NorthWest will debut the Vancouver Just For Laughs Film Festival, which is slated to include short and feature films, industry speakers and panels.
The festival will also incorporate the Vancouver Comedy Awards on March 5, which is now accepting suggestions for nominations in categories including Most Likely To Ask For A Pen, Rampant Male Shirtlessness Award and Cutest Comedy Dog.
As well as Burr, Koy and Noah (who is returning to JFL NorthWest for a third consecutive year), other star turns lined up for the festival include Lady Dynamite star Maria Bamford, long-serving Saturday Night Live cast member Jay Pharoah, Nikki Glaser (Not Safe with Nikki Glaser) and Todd Barry (Flight of the Conchords).
