While you may have heard of a ‘runner’s high,’ Mountaintop Yoga in North Vancouver takes a relaxing pastime to daring new heights.

Located at the top of the Sea to Sky Gondola, these sky-high classes invite participants to breathe in the fresh mountain air as they soak in breathtaking views of the Howe Sound and the soaring mountain ranges. The classes run Monday to Friday and start at 9:45 a.m. each day. Each day offers a different type of class, and classes are taught by different local yoga schools. Classes take place outdoors on the breathtaking Summit Lodge Octagon Deck (weather permitting).

Following the classes, yoga-enthusiasts may also enjoy a meal or beverage in The Summit Lodge – a 9,000 square foot lodge equipped with a restaurant, a large deck, and a retail shop. Alternatively, they may also enjoy hitting the backcountry trails or the spectacular Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge.
