Keri Fraser has joined Westland Insurance Group Ltd. as chief people officer. She was the vice-president of human resources, North America, at Colliers International.

Paul Brennan has been appointed president and CEO at NervGen Pharma Corp. Ernest Wong has resigned from the position and will continue to support the company as a consultant. Lloyd Mackenzie has been appointed chief operating officer of the company.

Bob Cabral has been appointed chief operating officer of PC Urban Properties. Prior to his new role at PC Urban, Cabral was executive vice-present at Anthem Properties, a principal at Fiore Properties and the chief operating officer at Amacon Group of Cos.

Bryan Kooistra has been appointed chief financial officer at Best Buy Canada. Phil Arrata has resigned from the CFO position.

Corvus Energy received the Cluster Partner of the Year 2019 award from NCE Maritime CleanTech and Sparebanken Vest.

Transportation

David McNamar has been appointed director of maintenance at Helijet International. He served as the director of maintenance at Skyline Helicopters.
