With strict physical distancing measures in place for the foreseeable future, many Vancouverites are wondering if there are any safe activities they can enjoy this summer. Luckily, Drive-In Cinema Club offers the chance to enjoy a complete cinema experience from the safety of your own vehicle.
Hosted by Hot Tub Cinema, the family-friendly cinema shows run from July 7 - 12, 2020. The company will play host to some of your kids' favourite films, and promise that the fresh air will offers some 'deserved relief' from social isolating.
Organizers remark that, "In light of arts spaces and cinemas across the country closing to aid with social distancing, we bring screen entertainment to families, delivering a fun time for all in a safe environment."
Tickets will be $35 per car for early bird tickets and $40 per car of up to 5 people thereafter.
"We hope it triggers more and more events companies to put on more and more events that the family can enjoy in a capacity safe from the spread of Coronavirus."
