BIV, Vancouver is Awesome and Richmond News are proud to announce a series of online live cooking events with many of the region's best chefs.
The first event is this Thursday at 7:05 p.m. sharp, once we've saluted our frontline workers, and you have a limited time to get in on the lesson.
Chef Lucais Syme from Autostrada will direct you through the meal: a choice of fennel and sausage ragu, duck and anchovy ragu, or bolognese, with Rustichelli d'Abruzzo spaghetti. Each kit serves two to four. Feel like more? Add a bottle of house white or red for $25.
All you have to do is sign up by Wednesday and pick up a kit from Autostrada on Thursday.
