What is responsible for your work ethic?

Ultimately, I want any product or experience that I’m a part of to be known for being delivered at the highest standard – I think it is a commitment to quality!

What is your guilty pleasure?

Games. It could be soccer, board games, darts all the way to ridiculous bets and challenges.

What is the best book you would recommend?

If you are looking to add structure and growth to your business, I’d recommend anything around the EOS framework

Now that you’re entering your 40s, what goals have you set for yourself?

Adventures with my family, building community in Squamish with a new venture and to get back into teaching and mentoring.

Probably on the water or playing soccer.

What was your toughest business or professional decision?

When I walked from an ironclad deal for the sale of my company to pursue another offer. It’s a very long story but the decision was an incredibly tough one to make and full of the unknown. No regrets.

Advice you would give your 20-year-old self.

Each decision felt so important – go with your gut.

What is your best habit?

To celebrate!

I met my wife at the Roxy - we’ve been married for over 10 years and have three kids.

Best piece of advice ever received?

To specialize. Try to find a niche in your craft until you’re an expert. I believe it can change your job into a business.
