My grandfathers: both self-made, hard working entrepreneurs.

Now that you’re entering your 40s, what goals have you set for yourself?
Be a dedicated husband and father, build exceptional companies that have impact, and help kids at risk around the world.

With my beautiful wife and children – at home, travelling or boating.

Making the decision to sell a company that we built from the ground up.

Seek mentors early in life! Wise counsel is invaluable.
What is your best habit?
Morning routine: up early, exercise, prayer and devotional, coffee, breakfast. Set the tone for a productive, energized and fruitful day.

Took my grandfather on one last sailing adventure which was cut short by 60-foot waves that almost sank the boat.
Best piece of advice ever received?
Write an annual plan that defines your purpose for your life, family and business for each year.
What career highlight are you most proud of?
Building one of the fastest growing logistics companies with my wife Loretta, business partner Daryl and our incredible team.
