This is the fifth issue of Mákook pi Sélim, which launched in June 2021. The publication is entirely written by Indigenous journalists, writers and columnists, and is edited by Chastity Davis Alphonse. The title loosely translates as “buying and selling” in Chinook Wawa. The magazine is a dedicated space to highlight Indigenous stories, trends, issues and successes in business.
