Japan has announced that it plans to complain to the World Trade Organization (WTO) later this month about a ban by South Korea on the importation of Japanese fisheries products.
The Seoul government imposed the ban after Tokyo admitted there had been a massive leak of radioactive water into the sea from the devastated Fukushima nuclear plant.
But Seoul is not the first to impose such a ban. In June, the Japanese government complained to the WTO about a similar ban by China, which it says lacks scientific justification.
