Vancouver's Shaughnessy Heights neighbourhood is once again Canada's fourth richest neighbourhood, according to Canadian Business Magazine's annual ranking of the country's most affluent addresses.

The top three spots went to three Toronto neighbourhoods: Sunnybrook, where average household net worth is $22,709,428 and the average house price is $3.4 million; York Mills-Windfield, with an average household net worth of $20,944,385 and average home price of $2.2 million; and the Bridle Path, where average household net worth is $19,729,093 and an average house costs $2.2 million.

In Shaughnessy meanwhile, average household net worth is $13,811,849 but an average home is worth $2.5 million.

In 2014, Shaughnessy also placed fourth with the same Toronto neighbourhoods occupying the top three spots.

Kerrisdale came in at number four, where higher home prices (average of $3.3 million) compare with relatively lower household net worth ($12,850,938). Other Vancouver neighbourhoods that made the list included Kerrisdale Park in ninth spot; Shaughnessy North at number 13 and Westmount in West Vancouver at number 14.
