Park Royal Shopping Centre owner Larco Investments revealed May 1 the names of many new retailers poised to move into the under-construction mall expansion, the Village at Park Royal.
New retailers to the North Shore mall will be:
- Anthropologie (10,340 square feet);
- Lush (1,430 square feet);
- Sephora (5,757 square feet);
- Zara (20,810 square feet); and
- Trattoria restaurant (2,540 square feet).
The Zara location will be that chain’s largest in Metro Vancouver.
Other retailers that are closing current Park Royal locations to move to the new Village at Park Royal include:
- Aritzia (7,120 square feet);
- Wear Else (1,960 square feet);
- White Spot (5,650 square feet); and
- Five Guys Burgers and Fries (about 2,000 square feet).
The Aritzia location will be that chain’s largest in Metro Vancouver.
These retailers will join the more than 280 stores and service-oriented businesses that currently operate at Park Royal and The Village at Park Royal.
“These brands will enhance the already unique shopping experience that Park Royal offers,” said Rick Amantea, vice-president of community partnerships and development at Park Royal.
“These new popular brands are a reminder of how Park Royal is one of Metro Vancouver’s top go-to shopping destinations for both local, national and international high-quality stores.”
The first phase of the Park Royal Village expansion will see stores open for business in November 2013. Five Guys Burgers and Fries intends to open its restaurant in the summer of 2013.
