TEC Canada (The Executive Committee) has appointed Catherine Osler as CEO and Ken MacLeod as president and chief operating officer, the organization announced May 1.
Osler has been involved with TEC since 1988 and was appointed chair in 2002 and president in 2009. She is the founder of Titian and Parallel Strategies, and is a co-founder of Syncress Partners Inc., which focuses on the development of women leaders.

“Canada has a pool of entrepreneurial talent that is astonishing. It is our mission to give these talented leaders the place to develop their skills, expand their thinking and reach high to build value in their organizations and communities,” Osler said.
“I am proud to take a new role at the helm of this remarkable community."
Osler was a Business in Vancouver Influential Women in Business award recipient in 2004.
