Chad Gaydos is taking the reins at Vancouver-based tech firm Procurify.

Vancouver-based Procurify has appointed Chad Gaydos as its new CEO.

Gaydos succeeds company co-founder Aman Mann, who will serve as chief strategy officer moving forward, according to a Tuesday announcement.

Founded in 2013, Procurify provides an AI-powered procurement and spending platform to mid-sized businesses and manages more than US$30 billion in company spending annually.

Previous CEO Aman Mann said in a statement this marks a new chapter for the company, with Gaydos’ leadership taking his vision to the next level.

Gaydos previously served as president of Total Expert Inc., a customer relationship management (CRM) company based in Minnesota. He has also previously held C-suite positions at Talkdesk Inc., Skillsoft Corp. and SAP SE.

Procurify secured US$50-million in Series C funding in 2023, allowing it to expand globally and bringing its total equity funding to US$70 million at the time.
