Vancouver-based ACL Services Ltd., a provider of audit analytics and continuous monitoring software to auditors and financial management professionals, has acquired Workpapers.com.
According to ACL, the acquisition expands the company’s services into the electronic work papers market. The company states that the acquisition will allow ACL’s audit analytic solutions and Workpapers.com’s audit management system to be integrated “for a seamless audit experience that spans the complete audit process.”
“The addition of Workpapers.com to our product portfolio is an exciting opportunity for ACL and our customers and partners around the world,” ACL CEO Harald Will said in a statement.
“This acquisition puts us in the position to provide a complete audit technology offering that is integrated, efficient and meets the most pressing needs of audit departments today.”
