Hansen joined the firm as a student in 2014 and 2015, and as an associate in 2018 after completing her articles with NST. Parker joined NST as an associate in 2018 after articling at a national firm. Hansen and Parker both clerked for the Court of Appeal for BC and have developed their practices at NST under the guidance of the firm’s team of partners.
Hansen is an extraordinarily thoughtful advocate and fierce adversary, and brings her highly perceptive intelligence to her work on behalf of her clients. She practices estates and trusts litigation while also maintaining her general commercial litigation practice.
Parker provides exceptional legal ability and advocacy for his clients, offering a unique blend of pragmatism, in-depth insight and analytical skills. He maintains a broad litigation and arbitration practice, with a focus on complex real estate disputes.
