Imagine a world where you can be front and center at your favourite events alongside your favourite teams or artists. There are no lineups for the washroom, and top-tier food and drink options are always within arm’s reach. It’s a fan’s ultimate paradise.
What if this reality was closer than you think?
These are just a few of the high-end perks offered through the Premium Passport at Rogers Arena, a program targeted at transporting the in-game or concert experience to an entirely new level for guests, corporate clients, and family members alike.
“It’s a completely different experience than what you would get in the bowl area, and we get a ton of positive feedback from it,” says Danielle Starkman, Senior Account Executive, Premium Sales with Canucks Sports & Entertainment. “We visit guests personally in their suites to make sure everything is going well, and everyone has a great time.”
With the Premium Passport, you can experience your events, your way, with access to premium seating for all events at Rogers Arena, including Vancouver Canucks games, Rogers Arena concerts and other live events and Vancouver Warriors lacrosse games. Seating selections are made in pairs in a private club from 12 up to 100 guests in a private suite.
Premium Passport Memberships are offered in three investment levels, starting at $25,000 up to $100,000 to be held on account and drawn from over a 12-month timeline. Members receive a bonus credit to apply to premium seating, ranging from $2,500 to $20,000 depending on the initial investment size.
Located on both the 200 and 500 levels at Rogers Arena, the suites are fully contained entertainment hubs. If you want to watch the game, seats are situated directly facing down towards ice level. If you want to relax and socialize, couches, fridges, and all manner of comforts are available.
Food and drink can also be arranged with hospitality staff before an event or topped up on the night of. The team looks forward to catering to any special requests you may have.
Whichever Premium seating option you choose, Rogers Arena staff make a point of always having your back. Chefs are continually fine-tuning the menu to cater to any palette. The drink menu – beer, wine and spirits – has something for everyone. Event staff consistently check in on suites to ensure the night goes off without a hitch.
As for waiting for the washroom, worry not - each suite has its own restroom.
“There’s no need to leave the suite if you don’t want to, and you don’t have to deal with any of the crowds if you don’t want to,” Starkman says. “Most of our guests will go directly from the parking lot, into an elevator and to their suite without having to bump into anyone along the way.”
Outside of suites, there’s also the Champions Club option available for smaller groups on Level 200. Arrive two hours before the game and treat yourself to complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages, head back to your seats to watch the action, and then return between periods or post-game for even more high-end gameday experiences.
Perhaps the biggest selling feature of the Premium Passport is exclusive access, as the program puts you at the front of the queue for any concert or game, including access to Rogers Arena concert pre-sale opportunities.
Gone are the days of endlessly refreshing your web browser or waiting on hold to get tickets for highly anticipated events.
“One of the big incentives for Premium Passport is the priority you’re given,” Starkman continues.
“As soon as a game or a show is announced, we offer Premium Passport Members the option to secure a location as part of their Membership. They receive first access to our limited inventory before the general public.”
